CPO:  Become a Certified Pool Operator

CAS: Become a Certified Apartment Supplier!

What is CAS?

The Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) Program is an opportunity for suppliers to hear the everyday challenges faced by the apartment manager customer. This course is ideal for new salespeople as well as veterans of the industry. CAS will run in conjunction with the CAM course. In addition, there are optional courses offered with the CAS of which, you must take one.

CAMT: Become a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician!

What is CAMT?

The New Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) course is a technical service curriculum for all service personnel that will train attendees in the practical aspects of maintaining multi-family housing properties.
