Regular Membership (for Apartment Communities)
A Regular Member of SEFAA is an apartment community. When a community joins the association, its Owner and Management Company automatically become ex officio members of SEFAA, FAA and NAA.
Annual Dues (Regular Members dues are calculated based on the number of units in the apartment community).

Associate Membership
An Associate Member is a vendor of goods and/or services to the apartment industry. Banks, utility and insurance companies, attorneys, carpet and furniture companies, and other such firms are examples of Associate Members. Associate members automatically become ex officio member of FAA, too.
Annual Dues Associate Members dues are as follows:

The Fine Print
Regular Member SEFAA dues include membership in the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) the National Apartment Association (NAA). Associate Member dues include membership in FAA. One years dues are payable in full with application. All members have an anniversary date of January 1. Dues billed the second year will be prorated to reflect the amount of time the member was not serviced in the first year. Membership dues are not deductible as contributions, but may be deductible as a regular business expense. Membership is subject to approval by the South East Florida Apartment Association Board of Directors.
