Educational programming adheres to high academic standards by offering approved National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) broad-based designation programs - NALP, CAM, CAMT, CAS and CAPS.

NAAEI's professional designations are a recognized and respected mark of excellence throughout the industry. Each course and program has been carefully designed and tailored to meet the ever-changing needs of today's multifamily housing professional.
The association also offers local seminars and training workshops based on the needs of our members. Classes include fair housing, legal, leasing, marketing and maintenance - HVAC, EPA, CPO, mold prevention & remediation, bed bugs and much more.
Classes offer Continuing Education Credits (CECs). It is not necessary to be a member of the association to enroll in any education or designation program.

ROC is a course offered to the Independent Rental Owner, or IRO, who owns and manages their personally-held multifamily property or properties. The Independent Rental Owner serves several roles in property management, serving as public relations specialist, administrator, chief financial officer, marketing director and operations manager.
Independent Rental Owners take the ROC as an overview of the many business practices of property management. With the help of other IROs who devoted their time and expertise to this program, the new Independent Rental Owner will receive the "insider's view" of property ownership and management practices.

The Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Program is the most accomplished aquatics educational course and is widely accepted by health officials.
