The average onsite apartment management team:

• Operates an apartment community with 264 apartment homes
• Is composed of six management, maintenance and leasing professionals
• Develops and executes an annual budget of $2.87 million
• Maintains a real estate asset valued at $21.3 million

The number of U.S. apartment homes is estimated to be 35.2 million. Between 2000 and 2007, approximately 2.4 million apartment homes were completed.
