Apartment communities, management companies, owners and suppliers come together in South Florida as members of a unique organization. Your membership offers you access to all of the resources and tools you need to maximize your success in the apartment industry, including - quality education, career advancement, legislative support, timely information, professional networking, volunteer leadership development and participation in the state and national associations.

The association offers two membership categories.
Community Members are apartment communities located in Palm Beach, Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties. When an apartment community joins the association, its management company or owner becomes a member as well.
Annuals dues: $2.10 multiplied by the numbers of units in your apartment community. Minimum $120.00, Maximum $1,500.00.
Associate Members provide products and services to the multi-housing industry. Examples include bank, insurance, attorney, advertising, contractor, utility, flooring, painting, cleaning, furniture, etc.
Annuals dues: $390.00.
When your community or company joins the association - your team members receive benefits as well. This includes preferred admission rates to education and events.
SEFAA is a recognized affiliate with both the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Members of SEFAA are also members of FAA and NAA.
