Set Up a SEFAA Website Account

How to create and optimize your online profile

Welcome to our website! We are proud to deliver a user-friendly online platform in an effort to better serve all our members.

In order to get the most out of your member experience, you will need to create a new login. Your previous username and password will not work on this new website. Please follow the steps below corresponding to the scenario that best fits you.

Note: Memberships are company based. If your company is not yet a member, please click here.


With your login, you will be able to:

  • Register for events and classes
  • Update your profile information
  • Track event attendance
  • View/Pay company invoices (for company admin users)
  • ...and more!

To create your new login, select the option that best fits you:

  • Option 1: Is your company a member? (i.e. you are an employee of a SEFAA member company)
  • Option 2: Applying for a SEFAA membership? The people of SEFAA invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.

Option 1: My company is a member.

  1. Follow this link
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions
  3. You can choose to either:
    • Connect using your Facebook or Google account (Note: this does not allow us access to your social networks) 
    • OR you can enter an email address, create a password and confirm the password
  4. Click on Next Step
  5. Enter all of the information you would like seen on your profile, which may include:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Parent Company (Note: A parent company is the direct company you work for. Generally, this is the apartment community where you work. If that does not apply to you, this would be your company/management company.)
    • Job Title
    • Professional headshot may be uploaded
    • Designations (i.e. CAM, CAS, NALP, etc.)
    • Member Profile: For this section, you may include a short bio (Example: Description of who you are, current profession, how long you’ve been with the industry, etc.)
  6. Once complete, click on Complete Registration

Option 2: I need to join SEFAA.

  1. Follow this link
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions
  3. You can choose to either:
    • Connect using your Facebook or Google account (Note: this does not allow us access to your social networks) 
    • OR you can enter an email address, create a password and confirm the password
  4. Click on Next Step
  5. Enter all of the information you would like seen on your profile, which may include:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Parent Company (Note: A parent company is the direct company you work for. Generally, this is the apartment community where you work. If that does not apply to you, this would be your company/management company.)
    • Job Title
    • Professional headshot may be uploaded

  6. Once complete, select your payment method
    • Bill as an invoice
    • Pay via credit card
