Landlord Tenant - Multifamily Housing Unit

Calling all Jurors!

In the multifamily housing system, landlord tenant law is considered especially dynamic. In South Florida, we’ll present a panel of dedicated lawyers and legislative professionals who are part of an elite squad known as SEFAA. Join us on Friday, January 24 to hear their stories.

Experience a full day of education in a special “Law & Order” format. Attendees will earn (5) Continuing Education Credits (CECs), while brushing up on the latest ever-changing laws, regulations, and industry concerns. The seminar will direct the attention of the court (the audience members) through a range of topics and include a short recess for lunch.  

As the first signature event of the year, we’ll also celebrate the induction of SEFAA’s 2020 Board of Directors. New leaders will take the stand to accept their positions “under SEFAA oath” with participants as their witnesses.  

The evidence is clear, this year’s Landlord Tenant seminar will provide you with a strong foundation to better serve and protect your communities and residents. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.
