SEFAA's Young Professionals Council invites all members & non-members, affiliates, and vendors from around South Florida for an exclusive moderated Q&A featuring Johnny De La Espriella, Regional Vice President, RKW Residential. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Johnny's personal story including his successes in the multi-housing industry.

About our Guest Speaker

Johnny De La Espriella | Regional VP,
Rivergate KW Residential
Johnny De La Espriella is the Regional Vice President for RKW Residential managing the Florida portfolio. He is responsible for overall property operations, execution of corporate strategy and business development. Johnny is an active member of the South East Florida Apartment Association and served on the Board of Directors from 2015 to 2016. He also co-chaired the Membership and Young Professionals Committee in 2015. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Community Association License in Florida. Learn More

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. The account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
