Attendee Information (Management/Communities)

Cost to Attend Tradeshow: FREE 

In order to attend the trade show, you must be a property or community professional. You do not need a ticket to attend as you will be able to register on-site as well.

Contest/Prizes

Passport Competition:
  • Management Attendees will grab a passport book from Atlantic Southern Paving TSA Seat.
  • The passport book will include select exhibitor logos. Attendees must visit each booth and receive a signature from a booth representative next to their logo.
  • Once complete, attendees will turn in passport books with their information included to one of our five drop-off seats:
  • First Onsite #103, HH Staffing #208, Home Angels #312, RezCor #201, or Latite Roofing #107.
  • Prizes range from $300-$750 dollars for both afternoon and evening raffles. Two sets of raffles mean double the chances of winning!
Best Booth Contest:
  • Attendees can vote for the Best Booth with the QR Code at each booth.
  • Qualifications for the contest are:
  • Do they have eye-catching décor?
  • How is the entertainment factor in their booths? Was it engaging?
  • How was the branding of their booth?
  • How was their look/costume?
* If the booth selected does not meet the criteria above, it will be disqualified.

Exhibitor Information (Suppliers)

Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted to attend.

Booth Equipment:
Each 8’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with an 8’ high background drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a booth identification sign (7” x 44”). The show colors are royal blue and grey.

Exhibitor Kit:
This includes shipment details, additional furniture, and carpeting, accessories, electricity, Electricity Electricity is an additional fee and exhibitors are responsible for ordering this directly from Edlen. Order instructions are on page 26 of the Exhibit Kit.

Booth Representatives:
If you need to add or replace the names of your booth representatives, this can be done on-site from 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
* Please share this information with your booth representatives.
* Please note that booths must be staffed during all Trade Show hours.

SEFAA Values Your Health & Safety
As certain events proceed as scheduled, the SEFAA Team is taking several measures to protect the health and well-being of our members. Please read below for our recommendations, along with a specific protocol in place that aligns with the Centers for Disease Control’s guidelines
  • We kindly ask anyone that is feeling ill or exhibiting flu-like symptoms to please hold off on attending any SEFAA programs, out of respect for fellow members and participants.
  • All attendees will sign a waiver upon entering the venue.
  • Be mindful of everyone’s space and ask before shaking hands or greeting a fellow member.
  • Complimentary face masks, tissues, and hand sanitizer stations will be available on site.
  • Attendees are encouraged to use face masks unless the venue requires otherwise.
  • Proper hygiene and washing hands as frequently as possible, are also advised.
  • Spaces that allow for open outside doors and windows will be utilized to increase air circulation in the area.
  • Venue staff will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all areas (e.g., offices, bathrooms, and common areas)focusing especially on frequently touched surfaces.
  • Signs that promote the daily practice of preventive actions will be featured during on-site programs.
  • Food & beverages will be served and located outdoors (not permitted in the exhibit hall).
  • Please note: SEFAA reserves the right to update the Health & Safety measures as needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. An account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
