About the SEFAA Volleyball Tournament
Each year SEFAA members come together for a day fun in the sun and friendly competition at our annual beach volleyball tournament. Over 40 teams and hundreds of spectators made up of employees from both management company and supplier company members compete to be the SEFAA beach volleyball tournament champion. The volleyball tournament is an amazing opportunity to network with your industry peers and cheer on your friends and coworkers.

Team Information
Teams are made up of 6 players. Each team must have at least two (2) female players on the court at all times during play or they will forfeit the match. Teams must consist of people who work for the company registered. If you are not able to complete a team you may ask another SEFAA member to join. It is expressly prohibited for any team to include in their team count professional volleyball players, “Ringers” or similarly situated individuals who are not directly employed by the Representative Company.

Important Notice to SEFAA Volleyball Registrants

Tournament Rules, Terms and Conditions include but are not limited to: All registrations are non-refundable. No cancellations, but you may transfer registrations at any time.

Teams are comprised of 6 players total and must have at least 2 female players. You must also designate a volunteer referee and a team captain.

All teams should be entirely comprised of Representative Company employees to the fullest extent possible.  At the very least, 60 percent (at least 4 players) of each team MUST consist of Representative Company employees.  In the event you do not have ample staff to satisfy this requirement, you may welcome other active SEFAA members to join your team.

It is expressly prohibited for any team to include in their team count professional volleyball players, “Ringers” or similarly situated individuals who are not directly employed by the Representative Company.  To ensure strict compliance, SEFAA staff and committee members will monitor the courts closely throughout the tournament.  Any teams found to be in violation of the foregoing will be disqualified from the tournament and forfeit registration fees, sponsorship's, donations and/or any other fees paid to partake in this event.  Compliance will be strictly enforced for the sake of fairness and enjoyment for all. 

Every attendee must fill sign and fill out the waiver. Please fill out and bring the attached waiver with you to the event. It must be submitted by both players and spectators - every single attendee will need to turn one in. It will expedite check-in if you have it signed and bring it with you.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing. Thank you.
