Program Overview:

Join us for an interactive seminar with a fresh approach that dives into the toughest questions and scenarios regarding Fair Housing. HUD has received more funds than ever to ensure Fair Housing compliance, and complaints are filed at an unprecedented rate. Now it's time to achieve confidence in answering questions from residents and prospective residents about application guidelines, community rules, assistance animals, modifications, and more! We will explore specific state and local actions affecting Fair Housing in your area. Learn what the courts have said about each scenario and how you can avoid costly Fair Housing mistakes. This eye-opening class is essential for all positions and teams to attend.

What is PAC?

The purpose of a political action committee (PAC) is simple: to raise funds and elect candidates who understand and support our issues and interests.

Why Should I Get Involved?

The ability of apartment owners to continue to provide safe, affordable rental housing to our residents, and deliver valued services to them – while doing this effectively, efficiently, and profitably – rests on the continued financial strength of APAC and NAAPAC. Our involvement offers us a seat at the table, increased credibility and influence, and of course continued success within the industry.
