SEFAA is the preferred industry provider for member-based training programs and certifications, which we offer at a fraction of the cost compared to completing them on your own.

SEFAA offers a variety of courses for leasing professionals, management, and maintenance technicians. In partnership with NAAEI, SEFAA provides educational opportunities for members to earn nationally recognized industry designations. Going beyond the typical designation programs, SEFAA also offers non-traditional seminars focused on leadership and productivity, community maintenance, legal procedures, and more.
