Program Overview:

Join us for an interactive seminar with a new approach that dives into the toughest questions and scenarios related to the Fair Housing Act. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has received more funding than ever to ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act, and complaints are being filed at an unprecedented rate. Now is the time to be confident when answering questions from residents and prospective residents about enforcement guidelines, community rules, assistance animals, modifications, and more. We will explore specific state and local actions that affect the Fair Housing law in your area. Learn what the courts have said about each case and how you can avoid costly mistakes in Fair Housing law enforcement. This class with revealing data is essential for all those individuals and teams working in real estate management companies and multifamily complex management companies to attend. Holders with NAA credentials will be eligible to receive 4 continuing education credits

What is PAC?

The purpose of a political action committee (PAC) is simple: to raise funds and elect candidates who understand and support our issues and interests.

Why Should I Get Involved?

The ability of apartment owners to continue to provide safe, affordable rental housing to our residents, and deliver valued services to them – while doing this effectively, efficiently, and profitably – rests on the continued financial strength of APAC and NAAPAC. Our involvement offers us a seat at the table, increased credibility and influence, and of course continued success within the industry.
