Olga Borges

I joined Avanti Residential in 2022 as Regional Director, overseeing operations across the State of Florida. In 2024, I was promoted to Director of Experience, where I spearheaded the design and launch of Avanti’s centralized platforms for lead management and resident services. In 2025, I advanced to Senior Director of Experience, where I continue to champion innovation in centralization, customer service, and the resident and prospect journey.

I am especially passionate about building strong, high-performing teams and creating opportunities for collaboration across markets. A key part of my role has been developing and expanding Avanti’s offshore department, where I engage and empower offshore contractors to align with our culture, elevate service delivery, and strengthen the resident experience.
