Community Member

Membership is available for management companies and communities within the Monroe County, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County area. Membership dues are based on the number of units per property. For any community that is an active member, the management company is also considered a SEFAA member and is able to reap the same benefits of the organization.

Benefits of Joining:

  • Memberships are company-based, which means all employees may enjoy the benefits of one company’s membership
  • Includes dual membership for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Florida Apartment Association (FAA)
  • Earn the ability to purchase NAA Click & Lease Florida (i.e. Blue Moon software) upon joining
  • Gain access to the SEFAA Vendor Directory
  • Receive member-only discounted rates to various events, seminars, and more
  • Participate in a multitude of networking opportunities
  • Attend programs that offer Continuing Education Credits (CECs), required for all NAAEI credentials and renewals
  • Engage in volunteer opportunities through various SEFAA Committees

Important Information:

NAA Click and Lease (Blue Moon) is only available to members of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and its affiliates. Failure to keep membership active, Blue Moon account will be deactivated until membership is reinstated

Dues Calculation:

Membership dues for communities are billed depending on unit quantity:

  • Properties under 50 units are billed at a flat rate of $135
  • Properties with 51 units or more are billed at $2.65 per unit

*$65 administration fee will be applied for new members. Annual membership is based on a calendar year, valid January 1 through December 31.

Please note: If a community joins on or after October 1st, dues will be prorated based on an amount that includes the remainder of the given calendar year, plus next year’s dues. If a community joins prior to October 1st, dues will be the equivalent of one full calendar year of membership, and a prorated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in October.

If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.

Vendor Member

Membership is available to companies that provide a service or product that can be utilized by the multifamily housing industry.

Benefits of Joining:

  • Memberships are company-based, which means all employees may enjoy the benefits of one company’s membership
  • Includes dual membership for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Florida Apartment Association (FAA)
  • Feature company information in our Vendor Directory, available exclusively to all members
  • Receive member-only discounted rates to various events, seminars, and more
  • Participate in networking opportunities with key decision makers and high-level executives
  • Attend programs that offer Continuing Education Credits (CECs), required for all NAAEI credentials and renewals
  • Engage in volunteer opportunities through various SEFAA Committees
  • Enroll in partnership opportunities that are available year-round or for specific events

Dues Calculation:

Membership dues for companies are billed at a flat annual rate of $499.

*$65 administration fee will be applied for new members. Annual membership is based on a calendar year, valid January 1 through December 31.
