The South East Florida Apartment Association is pleased to present a variety of scholarship opportunities for multifamily professionals interested in earning their NAAEI credentials. We understand that these qualifications demand annual renewal and are required to maintain AIME membership. This includes CAM, CAMT, CALP, CAPS, CAS, and CPO. Therefore, we remain focused on supporting our members and featuring various options for them to excel
Other Scholarship Opportunities
To increase diversity and inclusion in the rental housing profession, Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM®, a Past Chair of NAA and Past President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), has established a scholarship fund to provide professional development opportunities for the industry.
The Alexandra Jackiw Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship will be awarded to one industry professional per program each year who are ready to advance their careers through NAAEI credentials. Recipients will have course registration fees covered for these NAAEI credential programs: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
To be considered for the scholarship program, candidates must:
- Complete an application form including a resume, personal statement,
and letter of reference from their supervisor or asenior-level employee at their company; - Be a member of a racial/ethnic minority group, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender, or a person with a disability; and
- Be employed full-time as an early to mid-level apartment industry
professional .
Applications for this scholarship are open for the 2023 year.
