Validate your knowledge, enhance your reputation, and boost your confidence through SEFAA's certification programs.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
Earning your CAM designation allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners' investment goals.
Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS)
Earning your CAS designation allows you to network with your peers from other companies, learn about the benefits and activities your local apartment association offers, and engage in apartment association meetings and events. The course is an opportunity for suppliers to hear the everyday challenges faced by apartment-manager customers.
Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
Obtaining your CAMT is the first step to earning the newly required Palm Beach County Maintenance Technician Certification. A CAMT validates your knowledge, enhances your reputation and credibility, boosts your confidence and earns you respect.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
A CPO® certification provides individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations. This training has helped protect millions of swimmers by reducing hazards at aquatic facilities. The NSPF® Certified Pool/Spa Operator® (CPO®) Certification program, the world's leading verifiable pool and spa training credential, is available as a blended training program. The CPO® Certification program is also eligible for IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP)
Earning NALP, your first industry credential, signals to an employer your commitment to a career in residential property management. SEFAA does not currently offer this course in person; however, you can take the course online through NAAEI (National Apartment Association Education Institute).
