This isn’t a principles-only session. Every framework, every scenario, and every talking point is grounded in the real decisions your staff will face before the end of the year.   • Open with what’s actually changed tighter budgets, ownership pressure, the A2L refrigerant mandate, and CPTED as an emerging compliance layer. Frame why repair vs. replace decisions carry more weight now than ever.
• The Framework: How to Make the Call
  • Core decision model, cost ratio thresholds, asset life calculations, repeat-call patterns, and resident impact. Scenarios are anchored in real end-of-year situations: HVAC units in the A2L transition window, exterior lighting tied to CPTED, and tight-turn flooring decisions.
• Small Group Scenario Activity
  • Groups work through real-world scenario cards, read the situation, answer discussion questions, land on a recommendation, and report back to the room. Debrief as a full group with facilitator-guided takeaways.

  • R-410A phase-out is here. Techs need to understand how the A2L shift affects repair decisions on existing HVAC and when that timeline forces a replace.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current.
