Deal or No Deal - Closing Through Tech
Have you been struggling to adapt to the virtual world of leasing?
More than ever, renters are choosing to use virtual methods and even self-guided tours to decide which community to call home. Yet, only 45% of prospects are confident to say “YES" to the address unless they have physically visited the community. COVID-19 forced many leasing professionals into trying new technology on the fly.
This program will help you understand what steps you need to take to help close the deal on new renters before they even set foot on your property.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
