Don't miss SEFAA's NEW event designed to foster B2B connections! This three-part event will be taking place in a virtual setting and detailed descriptions can be found by reading below. The first part of the event is Power Pitch, followed by the new and improved "Market Link". The Silent Auction Appointments concludes the event.

This event is exclusive for SEFAA Members. Availability is extremely limited, and reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Management Companies: Registration is now open! There is no cost to attend.

Suppliers: Registration for Power Pitch and Market Link Appointment will open on April 7 at 9:00 AM. The cost to attend is listed below per event section.

Power Pitch

Date: April 29, 2021; 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM

Cost: $199 per supplier company

SEFAA's Power Pitch gives a limited number of supplier companies the opportunity to present their products and/or services in front of our participating management companies for a total of 3 minutes each. Presentation includes two representatives per supplier company.


Market Link

Dates: May 3 - 7, 2021; By appointment only

Cost: $69 per appointment or $49 for 3+ appointments

SEFAA's Market Link is a new and improved appointment system where suppliers are able to meet one-on-one with the management companies they want to directly connect with. Suppliers have the opportunity to purchase 10-minute meetings which will all be held on Zoom and managed by SEFAA. Appointments include two representatives per supplier company.

Your exact date(s) and time(s) of your private appointments will be sent to you in an email by April 26, 2021.

Silent Auction

Participants will receive the auction details via email.

Cost: Highest bidder wins each meeting

Auction items presented by participating management companies will be available to bid on.

All auction meetings will be scheduled and managed by SEFAA.

A portion of the proceeds for the management auction will support APAC (Apartment Political Action Committee), which is committed to preserving and advancing its members’ interests through political advocacy at the state and local government levels.

Please note: Participating Management Companies will be added as confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
