With nearly a decade of hands-on, on-site property management experience, Alexis brings a rare combination of industry credibility and recruitment expertise that sets Strata apart in a competitive market.

Before launching Strata, Alexis served as a Sales Executive at InterSolutions, where she opened and developed the South Florida market -- building the agency's presence from the ground up and cultivating deep partnerships with some of the region's most respected multifamily ownership groups and management companies. Her firsthand experience working on-site gives her a genuine understanding of the day-to-day demands facing property teams -- and the urgency that comes with staffing gaps.

At Strata, Alexis leads all client development and strategic partnership efforts, specializing in placing porters, leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, punch technicians, and HVAC professionals on a temp, temp-to-perm, permanent, and executive search basis.
