Giselle Knight-Carreras is a Community Advocate and an experienced business leader with over 14 years of experience in operations management, business development, and facility services. As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Oh La La Spotless, Inc., she leads the company’s strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, business growth, and client satisfaction. Under her leadership, Oh La La Spotless has become a trusted provider of janitorial, concierge, and facility maintenance solutions for commercial properties, private airports, Class A buildings, government institutions, and multi-family developments. Prior to her current role, Giselle held key positions in business development, education, and property management. She served as a Project Director at GDS International, where she organized executive networking events for exclusive bespoke dinners, and as an Admissions Coordinator at Keiser Career College, helping students pursue careers in the medical field. Her background in property management at Oalco Management, LLC equipped her with expertise in investment optimization and operational efficiencies. Additionally, her administrative experience at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario strengthened her skills in compliance and credential verification.
Giselle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, and Marketing from Ryerson University, along with additional studies in Public Administration and Legal Studies from Sheridan College. She is known for her ability to develop innovative business strategies, optimize operations, and build strong client relationships.
