Our team of 75+ accountants handles day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, tenant and vendor ledgers, bank and three-way trust reconciliations, CAM reconciliations, month-end close and owner statements, working directly inside the platform you already use.
We work in Yardi (Voyager and Breeze), AppFolio, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, Rent Manager and Sage 300 CRE with TimberScan, and we are an Authorized Rent Manager Solution Provider. The firm has been in business since 2004, is ISO 27001 certified, and typically delivers 30-40% cost savings compared with an in-house team.
Our US office is in Miramar, Florida, supporting South Florida owners and managers alongside clients nationwide.
