Blue Coast Group is a Florida-licensed general contractor serving multifamily owners, operators, and property managers across the region. Under the leadership of CEOs Fabricio and Fabiana Silva, we operate four divisions — Builders, Multifamily, Restoration, and Hospitality — and perform the majority of our work with in-house crews.

We are, first and foremost, a service company. Measuring our success by how well we care for the properties placed in our hands, from a single unit turn to a multi-property capital plan. Performing is central to that standard because our own crews and supervisors carry out the work, we remain accountable for every detail and every deadline, and we can respond quickly
when a community needs us. It is the discipline behind our tagline, "We Build Better, We Build Faster." For the owners and managers who rely on us, it also means clearer communication and a single team accountable from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. For multifamily communities, our scope includes capital projects, renovations, make-readies, and turns. Our teams perform concrete and stucco repairs, interior and exterior painting, pavers and asphalt, fencing, mold inspection and remediation, and interior and exterior renovations.

Whether a project is planned months ahead or needed on short notice, our commitment is the same: to deliver it correctly and on time. That commitment has built lasting relationships with national owners and operators, including Cortland, Greystar, Brookfield, Range Water, Highmark, Scully, and ZRS, organizations that manage extensive portfolios and hold their partners to a consistently high standard. We are also a company that continues to grow. Our Builders division handles broader general construction, while our Restoration division responds to water, storm, and other property damage, returning units to service and residents to their homes. Most recently, we entered the hospitality sector, an emerging part of our business that carries the same crews, discipline, and quality into a new type of property.

Behind all of it is our team. Their skill and dedication are what allow us to hold a high standard and keep raising it as we grow.
