Lease Up Team: Retail and Multifamily Leasing Partner

Lease Up Team is seeking an entrepreneurial driven Retail and Multifamily Leasing Partner with a solid reputation and passion for fashion, food and beverage, and/or fitness (ie Lululemon, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Whole Foods, Sweetgreen, Salty Donut, Lifetime Fitness, Yoga Six, etc). This individual will have equity in the brand and must also have strong leadership characteristics with a desire to grow a business in South Florida, Tampa Bay, and/or New York City.


Requirement: You must be willing to obtain a real estate license.

  • You are a team player who has a desire to collaborate with retail and apartment dealmakers at Lease Up on a daily basis.
  • You are obsessed with studying and creating dynamic places that serve as a community common ground. You’re always reading the latest industry blogs and staying on top of trends.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop strong business relationships with occupiers of retail space and apartments
  • Screen prospective clients and schedule tours of Promenade at Coconut Creek and other retail properties
  • Assist with existing best in class tenant representation assignments (Carmela Coffee, Beyond Juice, Detroit Wing Co, etc) and develop new business
  • Help clients feel comfortable while on tour and between tours
  • Gain feedback from clients during a showing to refine tour and improve the showing process
  • Maintain a constant flow of communication with the Founding Partner
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with all leasing team members
  • Execute Lease Up’s follow-up process
  • Proactively seek out, study, and report on best in class technology tools
  • Provide Founding Partner with appropriate client and rental data and reports
  • Exhibit a professional appearance onsite, in social environments and on social media
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with Lease Up clients to ensure repeat business

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willing to obtain a real estate license in the State of Florida and/or New York
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to engage clients and gain trust and credibility with ease
  • Professional and personable with great communication and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of neighborhoods, nightlife, dining, and entertainment
  • Smartphone and laptop computer for work purposes
