Program Overview
In our Coffee Talk "Inside the Executive Mind: Leadership Lessons from Two Industry Powerhouses" presented by the Emerging Leaders Committee, you’ll gain candid insight into what it truly takes to grow from operator to executive including leadership style, personal brand, decision-making at scale, and the habits that separate good leaders from great ones.
This conversation will blend inspiration with practical strategy, followed by a live audience Q&A where you can ask your own career and leadership questions directly to these industry heavy weights. If you’re serious about your growth in multifamily, this is the room you NEED to be in.

What is PAC?
The purpose of a political action committee (PAC) is simple: to raise funds and elect candidates who understand and support our issues and interests.
Why Should I Get Involved?
The ability of apartment owners to continue to provide safe, affordable rental housing to our residents, and deliver valued services to them – while doing this effectively, efficiently, and profitably – rests on the continued financial strength of APAC and NAAPAC. Our involvement offers us a seat at the table, increased credibility and influence, and of course continued success within the industry.
