Nick Robinson leads Rental MIA, the luxury-leasing arm of RGL Real Estate, focused on high-volume multifamily leasing across South Florida. Since 2010, Nick has closed nearly 10,000 rental transaction sides and served as the exclusive MLS listing brokerage for 13 luxury multifamily communities, including Mondrian Hallandale Beach Residences, The Hamilton in Edgewater (Miami), Flamingo Point North Tower in South Beach, Watermarc at Biscayne in Edgewater, District at Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale, plus others.
Rental MIA partners with multifamily owners and operators across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties to activate the South Florida Realtor cooperative network as a high-volume leasing channel without adding operational lift to onsite teams. Service scope includes unit-level MLS listing governance, integrated co-op Realtor scheduling, centralized Realtor inquiry management, and per-asset bi-weekly commission processing.
