Rental MIA is a luxury rental authority focused exclusively on high-end residential and multifamily rentals across Miami and South Florida.
Since 2010, the team has closed nearly 10,000 rental transaction sides and has served as the exclusive MLS listing agent for 13 luxury rental communities over the course of our career. Rental MIA functions as a centralized platform connecting tenants, co-op Realtors, and multifamily owners through exclusive representation, targeted distribution, and data-informed leasing strategy.
Our current focus includes partnering with multifamily owners and operators seeking exclusive MLS representation and scalable leasing execution for new and repositioned rental communities.
