Business Exchange
Held annually in April this is SEFAA's version of a reverse trade show. We turn the tables and the property management companies exhibit while our apartment suppliers visit them. This is the industries opportunity to speed network and make multiple connections at one time. The Business Exchange is one of our most successful networking and business development events we have each year.

Volleyball Tournament
SEFAA members gather at SEFAA Beach each year for an epic beach volleyball tournament. With roughly 40 teams competing and hundreds of spectators, the tournament is an amazing opportunity to cheer on your friends and coworkers.
Trade Show
The South East Florida Apartment Association brings together top vendors for one of the largest multifamily industry trade shows in South Florida. Our trade show is not only a trade show but an event! While vendors showcase their products and services all tailored to the multifamily industry attendees can walk the show, network, and enter many raffles for grand prize giveaways.
Circle of Excellence Awards
Each year more than 900 SEFAA Members gather to honor the very best in the South Florida Multifamily Industry. Companies submit nominations for 35 different awards categories. The nominations are judged by a team industry experts from around the United States. The association gets together every November for an amazing dinner, awards show, and after party to celebrate the hard work and success we have had. This is the event of the year and one you want to attend!
