Introducing A Night at the Movies

The South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) brings together the state's top vendors for one of the largest multifamily housing industry trade shows in South Florida. While vendors showcase their products and services tailored to the multifamily housing industry, attendees are able to walk the trade show floor and network and participate in opportunities to win thousands in cash prizes!

This year's theme is A Night at the Movies! Exhibitors are encouraged, but not required, to decorate their booths drawing inspiration from award-winning movies, cult classics or even the prime cinema experience.

Attendee Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR LEARNING LABS AND TRADE SHOW WILL ARE CLOSED; HOWEVER, WE WILL BE ACCEPTING ON-SITE REGISTRATION 7/17/19 FROM 1:30 PM.

Cost to Attend Trade Show: FREE

In order to attend the trade show, you must be a property or community professional. You do not need a ticket to attend as you will be able to register on-site as well.

Non-exhibiting vendors are not permitted to attend.

This year we are introducing SEFAA’s Learning Labs with the goal of providing a variety of educational sessions that attendees can enjoy prior to the Trade Show!

Please note: There will be two sessions occurring at each time. Attendees can select one or two sessions and earn one CEC per session.

Cost: Members: $15 (per session) | Non-Members: $20 (per session)

In a day an age of analytics, emails and voice recordings it’s pretty easy for a supervisor to know which consultants are in fashion and which are out. 

This class is designed for both Leasing Consultants and Managers to review techniques that will ensure success on your “Corporate Red Carpet”.

From customer greeting to rock-solid closes, and from employee motivation to employee accountability - we will collective explore award-worthy sales and management techniques.

It takes an entire team to create an award-worthy production, the Leasing Consultants and Assistant Managers must be on the same communication script as the Director.  This class will shoot some scenes of how communication can break down, and do some take-2’s on how to make it successful.

SEFAA Gives Back

SEFAA's Community Service Committee will be supporting the Broward Education Foundation and their Tools for Schools program to help local students in need. Teachers in Broward County depend upon donations of school supplies to make sure all students have the necessary tools for their education. We will be collecting school supplies during SEFAA’s Trade Show, and a donation table will be conveniently located by registration for more information and to drop-off your donation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. An account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
