Introducing A Night at the Movies

The South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) brings together the state's top vendors for one of the largest multifamily housing industry trade shows in South Florida. Our trade show is not only a vendor convention but an interactive event, not to be missed! 

While vendors showcase their products and services tailored to the multifamily housing industry, attendees are able to walk the trade show floor and network and participate in opportunities to win thousands in cash prizes!

This year's theme is A Night at the Movies! Exhibitors are encouraged, but not required, to decorate their booths drawing inspiration from award-winning movies, cult classics or even the prime cinema experience.

Exhibitor Information

Cost to Exhibit: Booth prices range from $900 to $1,575.

Private invitations will be emailed to Trade Show Event Sponsors, Premier Partners, those interested in double booth purchases and past (2018) exhibitors (based on the schedule to the right-hand side). This will provide these groups with the exclusive opportunity to reserve their booths prior to when booth sales are available to the general public.

Attendee Information

Cost to Attend: FREE with an admission ticket or by registering online. 

In order to attend the trade show, you must be a property or community professional and receive an admission ticket from an exhibiting vendor or register online below. Non-exhibiting vendors are not permitted to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Exhibitor Set Up All participating exhibitors must check-in at registration and be set up by 3:00 PM
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM Exhibitor Tear-Down Exhibitors are permitted to close and tear-down their booths.

NOTE: Receiving an invitation to register does not guarantee you a booth in the show. Booths are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. This event is anticipated to sell out so please purchase your booths as early as possible. Dates are subject to change.
