Program Overview:

This year's theme is March Madness - College Basketball.

  • Networking: Facilitate meaningful connections between suppliers and management companies.
  • Showcasing Opportunities: Allow suppliers to present their offerings and management companies to showcase auction items.
  • Efficient Interaction: Utilize timed formats to ensure a dynamic and structured event.
  • Casual Networking: Conclude the event with a relaxed environment for participants to continue conversations

Parking: Free valet and self-parking are available at the venue.

Objective: 16 participating supplier companies to present their elevator pitch.

Format: Each presentation is limited to 3 minutes.

Guidelines: Each registered Power Pitch presenter will wait their turn in their designated area. Signage to reflect “Power Pitch Waiting Area”.

Involvement: All participating management companies will be in attendance.

Key Outcome: Brief exposure for suppliers to showcase their offerings.

Objective: Facilitate a rotational networking session between suppliers and management companies.

Format: Timed three (3) minute sessions for each interaction.

Instructions: Each participating supplier will queue up in front of the exhibiting management company they wish to engage with. The exhibiting company will oversee a timer set at three-minute intervals, with a flashing signal indicating the conclusion of each time segment.

Involvement: Direct engagement between suppliers and management companies.

Key Outcome: Efficient networking opportunities for potential collaborations and partnerships

Objective: Enable participating management companies to showcase auction items.

Format: Bidding occurs during the Business Exchange segment

Room Set-Up: Auction items will be displayed in the ballroom along with a signing sheet

Guidelines: SEFAA will initiate the formal introduction through email, connecting the exhibiting management company with the winner. The coordination of claiming and fulfilling the donated auction experience is a shared responsibility between the management company and the supplier.

Involvement: Open to all suppliers in attendance

Key Outcome: The highest bidders for auction items will be announced at the end of the event.

Objective: Provide a casual networking environment at the end of the day.

Format: Informal gathering for participants to network and socialize.

Room: Deer Creek Bar, located in a distinct area separate from the main event ballroom.

Guidelines: Participants are responsible for their expenses during this event

Involvement: Open to all participants.

Key Outcome: Opportunities for extended networking, relationship building, and a more relaxed atmosphere.

Tables will be judged by a panel of judges from the committee to determine the winner.

Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
