Representatives from various property management companies will give a presentation about their company and how best to do business with them. They will discuss bid procedures, decision-making authority levels, compliance aspects, business and budget cycles, and other valuable information for vendors & suppliers. There will also be opportunities for Q&A and for personal introductions. SEFAA holds four Supplier Success Breakfast Meetings throughout the year which feature a different management company each meeting.

Members and prospects will have the opportunity to learn the privileges and benefits of being a member of the association and the different tools available for them to maximize their membership.

The CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) program is a national designation program designed as an opportunity for suppliers to hear the everyday challenges faced by the apartment manager customer. The CAS program is ideal for new salespeople as well as veterans of the industry.

Each year in January we hold our Business Exchange / Reverse Trade Show & Management Auction. This event is set in a speed dating format where management company representatives set up the tables and vendors have three minutes to meet with the management company to meet and inform them about what their company does. In addition to the one on one meeting time you will have, we also hold a management auction where you can bid on more time with a specific management company and their team of executives.

2019 Maintenance Mania Date: To Be Decided
Every year in May, the apartment industry rallies their teams to spend a day at SEFAA Beach competing for the coveted 1st place trophy. Over 500 industry professionals attend the annual tournament for a day of sun, fun and healthy competition.Whether you want to cheer on your team from the shade of your beach umbrella or get in on the action and play, SEFAA Beach is the place to be in May. Unwind with your management team and enjoy a day of fun with your colleagues.
2019 Annual Volleyball Tournament Date: May 17
Every year SEFAA holds one of the largest multifamily trade shows in South Florida. The SEFAA Trade Show is a great opportunity to showcase your product or service to Multifamily Executives, Regional/District Managers, Community Managers, Leasing Agents, Maintenance Professionals, etc.; all who work in the South Florida apartment industry. Each year the trade show is designed to bring maximum attendance and be a fun interactive event with vendors and attendees. Only exhibiting vendors are allowed to participate in this event.

Like the Supplier Success Breakfast Meetings SEFAA also holds Membership Meetings. These meetings allow suppliers the opportunity to network with decision makers from apartment community/management company members. We bring in national key note speakers that speak on topics related to the multifamily industry and professional growth. These breakfast meetings give a supplier member the opportunity to network and learn more about the industry.

Each year in November SEFAA host The Circle of Excellence Awards. The Circle of Excellence Awards is SEFAA's annual awards gala honoring the very best in our industry. With well over 800 attendees, this is one of the largest apartment industry events each year and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate successes with colleagues from around the region. This is our largest event hosting 972 attendees for a full night of celebration.
