Event Details

Bump, Set, Spike - SEFAA

Join us for a day in the sun as SEFAA members gather for a friendly competition and an action-packed afternoon. Over 40 teams and hundreds of spectators from both management and supplier companies attend this event and spend their time cheering on colleagues, networking with industry peers, and enjoying the ocean view. Do not miss this opportunity to watch management and supplier teams compete for the winning title of first, second, or third place champion.

Tickets

When you purchase your ticket to the event, it can be used as a player in the tournament on a team or as a spectator cheering on and watching. Ticket purchase is required to play as individual team players.

A separate link will be emailed within 48 business hours of purchase to indicate players vs. spectators, designate teams and captains, and assign names to tickets. Team registration closes on Friday, May 10 at midnight. Information the link will be requesting (if not already provided):

  • Attendee First and Last Name
  • Attendee Property or Company
  • Attendee Email
  • Attendee Cell Phone
  • Attendee Participation (Player or Spectator)
    • If Player:
      • Team Name
      • Is this person team captain?
      • Acknowledgment of General Liability & Release Waiver
  • Acknowledgment of Photo & Video Consent

Please fill out all fields for all attendees. Each attendee, regardless of player or spectator, will have their own unique record. Should you need to make any further modifications after your initial submissions, please reach out to trishc@paragon-group.com and we will send you a new update request.

2024 Event Rules & Regulations

Team Rules

Teams should be made up of six (6) players. Each team must have at least two (2) female players on the court at all times during play or they will forfeit the match. Teams must consist of people who work for the company registered. If you are not able to complete a team you may ask another SEFAA member to join. It is expressly prohibited for any team to include in their team count professional volleyball players, “Ringers” or similarly situated individuals who are not directly employed by the Representative Company. This is a good opportunity to start planning your teams now. *Subject to change

Please be advised that tents will need to not be branded if you are not a sponsor and bring a tent to the event. *Subject to change

Food Trucks Galore

Lunch is included as part of the Volleyball Tournament registration. Attendees will receive ONE meal ticket to utilize at our available food trucks.

Any allergies or dietary restrictions should be reported to events@sefaa.org.

Parking

  • We STRONGLY encourage groups to carpool.
  • The Las Olas Parking Garage (200 Las Olas Cir, Fort Lauderdale, FL, at the corner of S Birch Rd and E Las Olas Boulevard) is the nearest public facility. Guests could then use the below options (Uber, LauderGo!, Circuit) or a brief 15 minute walk to the courts.
  • There are free or minimal cost options available from the City of Fort Lauderdale. Please consider using LauderGo! or Circuit.
  • There are free parking lots West of the bridges, that guests could then grab a short Uber ride (the Publix on 17th St or the Ross on 17th St).
  • Limited complimentary self-parking is available at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park lot, located at 700 Seabreeze Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
    • *Please note: Reserving parking spaces is prohibited. Parking is first-come, first-served.

*The Volleyball Tournament will go on rain or shine. If the weather forecast calls for rain, please bring rain gear and umbrellas. SEFAA will not refund tickets due to inclement weather. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing. 

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Accounts can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
