VSP Softwash was founded by two engineers with combined experiences of over 40 years in corporate business and engineering service operations. We saw the need for a modern, Eco-friendly, no-damage and professional service for building exterior surface cleaning for Residential, Commercial and Multi-Unit properties.

There are a lot of reasons to pick soft washing over pressure or power washing, however here are our biggest reasons:
1) Alternative to power washing: Pressure washing creates erosion and strips away materials that might have been loosened by decay or aging. It may be suitable for some projects and not others.
