Assistant Community Director - Park Place at Turtle Run

Position Description: The Assistant Community Director performs community accounting functions and assists in the administration, leasing, and supervision of personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and secures rental payments
  • Scans daily bank deposit
  • Prepares Deposit Accounting
  • Responsible for bad debt collection
  • Enters daily, weekly & monthly activity into Yardi
  • Prepares accurate reports in a timely manner

Requirements: Frequent walking of the community. Frequent climbing of stairs. Must be able to operate a personal computer, calculator, copier, typewriter, and fax machine

Qualifications: Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi)
