Baron Residential Management: Leasing Consultant

Opening Position Description:

We are hiring Leasing Consultants for our luxury properties in Miami, FL!

The Leasing Consultant is the Residential sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. As a key employee liaison between all guests of the community and the ownership, Consultant must have leasing experience with multi-family residential units, must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, must have a proven track record in sales and leasing properties, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they enter the community
  • Ensure all units are prepared for showings
  • Work with prospects to complete application process
  • Update availability report
  • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in
  • Follow up on pending leads and applications

Requirements:

High school diploma, a minimum of two years of leasing experience, proficient verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual)
