Position Title: Regional Manager

The Regional Manager will manage daily property operations for assigned properties in accordance with property business plans and federal, state and local laws to maximize the value of the property through generation of maximum NOI and effective investment of capital.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations, leadership, and staff management of assigned properties
- Support Property Managers with specific coaching, development, and guidance in order that the annual property objectives are met
- Work with the Regional Vice President ("RVP")/ Senior Vice President, Property Operations ("SVP") to complete annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial updates/variances as required
- Responsible for ensuring those properties are well run and that Property Managers and staff are constantly striving to improve their property’s operations, curb appeal, revenue, and NOI
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartment industry and management of employees
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supervising employees. 8+ years multifamily real estate experience.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Higher in Real Estate Property Mgmt Preferred.
