Leasing Consultant- United Property Management

Position Description: Coordinate all apartment leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. Maximize occupancy rates by pre-selling, and contacting interested prospects. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Answer phone calls and schedule sales appointments with prospective residents
  • Conduct tours of community amenities and apartments
  • Effectively communicate prospective residents of application acceptance or rejection
  • Maintain records of apartment showing and follow-up contact information
  • Assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements: May be required to walk from office to apartment showings which may be utilizing stairs. 

Qualifications: High school education or equivalent. 1-2 years of related sales or real estate experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
