  • Answer phone/respond to emails
  • Prepare leases
  • Schedule maintenance calls 
  • Contact & schedule subcontractors 
  • Provide information to prospective tenants 

Qualifications: Proficient in Yardi Breeze, Microsoft Office programs, emails
