Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor 

Responsibilities: 

• Hands on maintenance of the property
• Conduct overall inspections
• General maintenance of market ready units
• Repairs of interior and exterior areas
• Knowledge to operate standard tools

Requirements: 

1. Must have work flexibility to be on call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays
2. CPO and EPA Certfified
