Opening Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Description: The Marketing Coordinator supports the strategic and tactical marketing plans for the properties by creating and implementing advertising, pricing, and other campaigns that drive traffic and occupancy to achieve optimum leasing and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish social media accounts for new properties.
  • Add content to social media accounts regularly.
  • Help establish content for websites and ads.
  • Assist as needed to create/ design collaterals for properties.
  • Periodically review marketing channels to ensure content is up to date.
  • Develop and implement plans to solicit positive reviews.
  • Assist in reviewing marketing sources to see which was the most beneficial.
  • Perform an additional duties or tasks assigned by their manager.

Requirements:

  • General understanding of the lease cycle in the property management industry from a marketing perspective
  • Graphic design knowledge and/or creativity is a must,
    Website design and HTML knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics preferred
  • Good organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation

Qualifications: Knowledge of apartment operations and industry-related marketing concepts and terms in order to read, interpret, and apply market information to understand its impact on occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue is preferred. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge/ graphic design experience is a plus.
