Promoting a Policy of Transparency

FAA continues to work on being a transparent organization. Below are 3 key ways that they do this.

1. Establish Trust - by being open and readily available to their members
2. Invite Participation – more participate in meetings and events will help to build relationships with your colleagues
3. Encourage Collaboration – collaboration is encouraged by working together as a team and with other members to resolve issues, spark new ideas, and communicate concerns
