Nomination Platform Instructions

The Circle of Excellence Awards has 20 different nomination categories ranging from individual awards to apartment community/company awards to supplier categories. Each nomination category requires different supporting documentation. Nominations submitted without supporting documents will not be eligible for judging or able to receive an award.

The awards are judged by prestigious apartment industry experts who are known nationwide. Each nomination category is reviewed by multiple, hand-selected judges. Each judge completes their scoring matrix, which is collectively evaluated and added up. The nominee then with the highest overall score wins the award for that category.

What is PAC?

The purpose of a political action committee (PAC) is simple: to raise funds and elect candidates who understand and support our issues and interests.

Why Should I Get Involved?

The ability of apartment owners to continue to provide safe, affordable rental housing to our residents, and deliver valued services to them – while doing this effectively, efficiently, and profitably – rests on the continued financial strength of APAC and NAAPAC. Our involvement offers us a seat at the table, increased credibility and influence, and of course continued success within the industry.
