Kristi Novak | Area Vice President,
Altman Management Company

As Area Vice President, Kristi Novak oversees Altman Management’s lease-up projects and third-party fee management in the Southeast region. She plays an essential role in helping to ensure the successful launch of new communities.

Kristi brings a wide range of property management experience to Altman Management Company. She has a vast knowledge of new constructions, renovations, property repositions, acquisitions and extensive large capital projects. She specializes in boutique assets, team building, client relations, and training.

Kristina Belle | Associate Training Manager,
Altman Management Company

Kristina Belle serves as the Associate Training Manager for The Altman Companies. She is tasked with identifying and cultivating talent to support The Altman Companies in managing its continual and planned growth. She oversees the training and development of associates to ensure Altman’s vision for standards of excellence in our industry through innovation, technology, and exceptional customer service.

Kristina has a diverse background, with experiences in many facets of property management. Kristina has played a pivotal management role in conventional, vertical, garden-style, and income-restricted assets.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and No-Shows are still responsible for payment. If you cannot attend the event, please remember that your registration is transferable for the same event. If you send someone to replace the original registrant, please ask that person to give the name of the person they are replacing at check-in. This will help prevent double billing.

Accounts Receivables: If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
