Aquadise Furnishings - Sales Development Representative

Position Title: Sales Development Representative — South Florida Multifamily (Part-Time, Remote), Aquadise Furnishings

Position Description: 

Aquadise Furnishings is hiring a part-time Sales Development Representative to own our South
Florida multifamily luxury apartment territory. We supply resort-grade pool and amenity furniture to
Class A communities: chaise lounges, daybeds, cabanas, umbrellas, cushions, and sling
replacements. This is a relationship-first role for someone who already knows the regional managers
and property managers running South Florida's top multifamily communities. Target accounts include
Greystar, AvalonBay, Bozzuto, AMLI, and ZRS Management. You will plan and run lunch and learns,
visit properties, represent Aquadise at SEFAA and other industry events, and drive both warm and
cold outreach. Part-time, remote, with a weekly in-person meeting at our Fort Lauderdale office.
Monthly retainer plus commission. Ideal for a self-directed pro with an existing South Florida
multifamily network.

Responsibilities:

• Own the South Florida multifamily territory and build a target account list across leading PMCs
  (Greystar, AvalonBay, Bozzuto, AMLI, ZRS).
• Plan and execute on-site lunch and learns at target properties and regional offices.
• Visit properties to assess pool and amenity furniture needs and build rapport with on-site
  teams.
• Represent Aquadise at SEFAA events and other industry networking functions.
• Run warm and cold outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person drop-ins.
• Hand qualified opportunities to the quoting team and keep pipeline notes current.

Requirements:

• Established relationships with South Florida property management companies and regional/property
  managers at luxury apartment communities. Active SEFAA member. Based in South Florida
  (Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach). Reliable transportation for tri-county property visits. Available
  for a weekly in-person meeting at our Fort Lauderdale office.

Qualifications:

• Experience selling into multifamily (furniture, FF&E, pool and deck, renovation, amenity services, or
  adjacent categories). Strong written and verbal communication. Self-directed with the ability to run
  your own schedule. Bonus: prior experience at a multifamily PMC (Greystar, AvalonBay, Bozzuto,
  AMLI, ZRS, Related, Mill Creek, Lincoln, Camden, MAA, or similar), or a background in commercial
  furniture or hospitality FF&E.
