Position Description: 

Property Manager | Luxury Lease-Up | Coral Gables, FL

Lead the lease-up and operations of a premier luxury community in Coral Gables with a Fortune 500 global real estate company.

Your Role: Drive all lease-up operations through stabilization, build and inspire a high-performing team, deliver hospitality-level resident experiences, and manage financial performance and operational excellence.

Requirements: Proven Class A multifamily management experience, successful luxury lease-up background strongly preferred, exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong financial acumen, and passion for building teams and delivering excellence.

• Lead all aspects of luxury community operations from lease-up through stabilization
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing onsite team
• Drive leasing performance while delivering a hospitality-level resident experience
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership to execute business strategy
• Manage financial performance, budgets, reporting and operational excellence
• Create a culture of accountability, service and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a Class A multifamily community
• Successful luxury lease-up experience is strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
