Memberships are company-based. If your community or company is already a member, then so are you! Create your own account to begin taking advantage of your company's membership and benefits.
Create AccountMembership is available for management companies and communities within the Monroe County, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County area. Membership dues are based on the number of units per property. For any community that is an active member, the management company is also considered a SEFAA member and is able to reap the same benefits of the organization.

NAA Click and Lease (Blue Moon) is only available to members of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and its affiliates. Failure to keep membership active, Blue Moon account will be deactivate until membership is reinstated
Dues Calculation:
Membership dues for communities are billed depending on unit quantity:
- Properties under 50 units are billed at a flat rate of $135
- Properties with 51 units or more are billed at $2.65 per unit
*$65 administration fee will be applied for new members. Annual membership is based on a calendar year, valid January 1 through December 31.
Please note: If a community joins on or after October 1st, dues will be prorated based on an amount that includes the remainder of the given calendar year, plus next year’s dues. If a community joins prior to October 1st, dues will be the equivalent of one full calendar year of membership, and a prorated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in October.
If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Account can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
Membership is available to companies that provide a service or product that can be utilized by the multifamily housing industry.
