He currently serves on the Florida Board of the American College of Health Care Administrators. He has previously held board positions on the Executive Board of the South East Florida Apartment Association, The Florida Apartment Association as well as the National Apartment Association. Heavily focused on educating clients, Licata has implemented training seminars on best practices and proper protocols for water losses, mold remediation, and hurricane preparedness. His penetrative approach has helped limit his client’s exposure to liability while helping them realize substantial savings on unnecessary reconstruction costs.
