Johnny De La Espriella is the Regional Vice President for RKW Residential managing the Florida portfolio. He is responsible for overall property operations, execution of corporate strategy and business development. Johnny is an active member of the South East Florida Apartment Association and served on the Board of Directors from 2015 to 2016. He also co-chaired the Membership and Young Professionals Committee in 2015. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Community Association License in Florida. Learn More
Sandy Shindle is a Regional Property Manager responsible for a portfolio of institutional and privately owned assets located throughout Southeastern Florida. Sandy began her career in property management in Illinois in 1996, and she has managed and supervised all classes of assets including Conventional, Tax Credit, Bond, Section 8, Fractured Condominiums, Rehab, and New Construction.
Sandy rejoined Lincoln Property Company in 2010; she originally started in 2001 and left for another opportunity in 2008 with The Related Group, where she was responsible for a large portfolio of Conventional and Affordable assets. Her designations include CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor), and she is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
